We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services Team to deliver and coordinate implementation systems and service. This position works directly with our community implementing ImageTrend products, working to improve and maintain the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization's project delivery.
- Assists clients through planning, development, training and execution of the ImageTrend products
- Designs & maintains implementation schedules and ensure compliance to timeframe and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
- Ensures all implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays are properly documented, including time worked in implementation ticket
- Provides assistance in scoping projects to aid in developing proposals & contracts.
- Maintains/contributes to the ongoing maintenance of departmental OneNote, internal demo sites and other internal products used
- Establishes and maintains great relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, providing informed, reliable and professional advice about our solutions
- Conducts onsite and virtual training with clients
- Works with other client service employees (Sales, Support, Education & Account Advisors) to create alignment across all teams providing collaboration and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Presents/Teaches at Annual Connect Conference and other tradeshows/conferences as appropriate.
- Reviews and advises on updates to instructional and technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, accessibility and ease of use to improve and maintain internal and external documentation, product requirements, release notes, screenshots, diagrams and screencast videos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience working in implementation, project delivery and/or education
- Ability to define, scope, estimate work and track implementation tasks to facilitate successful project completion
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Effective analytical & critical thinking skills
- Technologically savvy
- Excellent organizational skills, appreciation of critical time-lines and the ability to self-motivate
- Strong understanding of standardized data collection
- Strong Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and accountable
- Knowledge of ImageTrend products & functions
- Knowledge of tools used for delivery of education and effective implementation project roll-out
- Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements
- Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and a positive attitude
- Understands basic concepts of adult education and effective content delivery
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
- Preferred experience includes agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and technology experience in the healthcare or public safety industry
