This position will work with the Corporate and Foundation Programs. The Program Manager will join an entrepreneurial and dynamic team in IIE’s overall role as Program Implementation and Administration Partner to the Ford Foundation on the Ford Global Fellowship (FGF) which aims to connect and support the next generation of social justice leaders who are advancing innovative solutions to end inequality. The Ford Global Fellowship Program is a 10-year, $50 million dollar commitment by the Ford Foundation to create a dynamic, participatory and impactful global fellowship program. The program continues to evolve, and the team is looking for a creative and collaborative program manager with strong project management skills and global event experience.
Job Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: Education and Work Experience: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $63,299 - $80,945. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
