We currently have an opportunity for an Extrusion Operator located at our fast-paced manufacturing plant in Tamaqua, PA.

Your Role:

As an Extrusion Operator, you will operate production lines to achieve optimum performance and maximum product quality. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Provide training for trainees and packers
• Perform routine operator equipment and process adjustments
• Perform order change-over's and setup

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in the production process and therefore the company as a whole. We need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work nights and weekends

Icing on the cake:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operations
