Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in our headquarters located in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will support our HR team with payroll processing, administration of benefits, and entering new hire information into our system as well as run assigned payroll reports and audit and correct any errors or discrepancies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of assigned multi-state payroll and any special or bonus payrolls
• Manage all system entry of new hires, status changes performance management/reviews & wage increases
• Assist employees across multiple locations with questions regarding payroll laws and processes
• Perform audits and run various HR reports to provide insight into issues and their solutions

In this collaborative role, you will work with the headquarters HR team as well as our other locations' teams to process payroll in its entirety and ensure that our employees are receiving the competitive compensation and benefits package that helps to make our company so desirable.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of professional payroll experience
• 2+ years of related professional and progressive generalist Human Resources experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Prior experience using ADP
