We are searching for an International Finance Manager to join our international team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As an International Finance Manager, you will work with the full P&L, with a focus to deliver net sales, profit and market share objectives through strategic pricing management, trade spend and distributor margin optimization.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage Customer Product profitability
• Provide visibility of distributor margins and estimated profitability across all markets

• Develop recommendation to improve profitability through distributor margin improvement and mix management initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and country leadership on rolling out price pack architecture and provide pricing recommendation across strategic markets
• Provide financial support to Innovation and Renovation projects
• Develop a robust process to track and measure the trade spend at distributor level in line with the customer model

Ultimately, you will take the lead on managing customer profitability and putting in place and maintaining strong controls as it relates to pricing decisions, trade spend allocation and distributor payments.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 10 years of progressive finance experience including a minimum of 5 years of sales/customer/category finance with a CPG company
• Strong understanding and experience of managing P&Ls
• Strong knowledge of Pricing Strategy and Trade Spend management
• Proficiency with data modeling and syndicated data with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively summarize and present complex information and influence results
• Adaptability to prioritize multiple work streams and meet deadlines
• Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
