We are searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team located at our manufacturing facility in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of the Company's financial statements. The role provides exposure and development in U.S. GAAP and SEC rules. It interfaces with Finance and non-finance professionals in Accounting and across business and corporate functions such as Investor Relations, Treasury and Legal.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate all aspects of the preparation of financial reports on Forms 10Q and 10K, including U.S. GAAP financial statements and disclosures, MD&A and other SEC reporting requirements within established filing requirements
  • Prepare electronic filings with the SEC via EDGAR and XBRL
  • File Form 8K's and any other required SEC filings, working with the legal department
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting of financial results to senior management and the Board of Directors

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
• 12+ years of related professional corporate accounting or finance experience
• Prior management experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using automated financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Hyperion Planning, and HFM

Icing on the cake:

• SAP and HFM experience
• ActiveDisclosure or any other SEC reporting solution experience
