SUMMARYThe Director, SHRM Labs plays a key role in establishing SHRM as a research thought leader and product testbed for technologies impacting the future of work and the workplace. The Director will oversee a new line of business at SHRM, and will be responsible for: (1) establishing education and research functions on the topics of HR Technology and Workplace Technology for SHRM Labs. (2) developing new tools for elevating the practice of HR through technology; (3) evaluating technologies for possible investment and/or incubation by SHRM; (4) conducting research and assessments on behalf of third parties seeking guidance on product viability or insights into the future of work; and (5) defining the future of the workplace through research and other partnerships with technology vendors. SHRM Labs will function as a think tank within SHRM’s Technology & Transformation division, staffed by research and product analysts whose principal mission is defining how automation, artificial intelligence, collaboration, and decision making will define the future of work in the next 10-20 years.Responsibilities:

#LI-Hybrid The hiring range for this position is $127,000 to $165,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
