This position focuses on designing and building in-person and e-learning experiences related to our leadership solution areas: Advancing Women Leaders, Purposeful Leadership and Inclusive Leadership.The Learning Designer partners with key stakeholders including contractors, Learning Architects and other internal resources. The role of the designer is to take the vision of the architect and build out the details of the program, for both in-person learning and e-learning experiences. The Learning Designer will play an important role on the product team and interface with other functions of the business to assist with the following:ResponsibilitiesLearning Design Responsibilities:
• Attend pilot deliveries of new or redesigned programs to observe and provide feedback on the learner experience.

#LI-Hybrid The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $108,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
