Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist role will provide daily hands-on support of systems and applications under the direction of the Director of IT.
Essential Functions:
- Administer end-user support and customer service as a team member of the IT Help Desk.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows PCs
- Active Directory account administration and password management.
- Execute technical instructions related to installing Windows operating systems and end user apps.
- Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and IT training.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Troubleshoot applications on Windows 10 or Windows 11 systems (virtual and physical).
- Analyze and resolve computer operating systems and software malfunctions.
- Respond to service requests in a timely and proactive manner.
- Create documentation and checklists related to the job at hand.
- Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with the team and customers
- Apply organizational methods and practices to manage workload effectively and efficiently.
- Cross-train others, as needed.
