WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? In the Customer Success Specialist role, you will be an important partner to our Higher Education customers and field sales team by being the front line of support, conducting virtual product demonstrations and responding to questions. You will also demonstrate our products potential and how to ensure optimal utilization.
