Position Title: Damage Investigator City: Houston State: TX Department: SAAD00|4PA Description: What You Will Do A Damage investigator will be representing our company alongside CenterPoint damage prevention coordinators, service technicians, and construction crews. You must have professionalism and overall knowledge of gas operations and utility line locating. While in this position, it is important to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and to communicate effectively. Time management is the MOST important role. A Damage Investigator must be able to process information efficiently as well as get a professional detailed report sent into the manager for review with a goal of 24 hrs or less. Requirements for all Damage Investigators:
Note- Most job duties take place in the field with exposure to field hazards such as walking on uneven terrain, in dirt, grass or on streets and sidewalks. Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds required. Schedule may vary. Damage Investigator Daily Structure Structure is also key to our success creating a schedule that coincides with when most damages occur and when client Damage Investigators are in the field. The hours of operations need to line up with when CNP is performing their own investigations. You must also be available to give our techs vital information regarding no ticket damages or above ground incidents. Rate of Pay: The starting rate of pay ranges from $18.00/hour to $24.00/hour and is based on experience. Benefits:
