Position Title: Research Assistant II Lab Req ID: 65514BR School or Unit: Harvard Medical School Description: Position Description The Brugge lab has a long-standing interest in studying ovarian cancer using innovative techniques, with the ultimate goal to help improve treatment strategies for patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious research assistant to join our team. The research assistant will be working on projects that investigate the mechanisms involved in ovarian cancer therapy resistance. There are opportunities to learn standard and high-throughput, multi-plex immunofluorescence and advanced techniques involving ovarian tumor culture systems, primary patient samples, and drug response analyses. The research assistant will be directly supervised and mentored by a postdoctoral fellow. Former technicians in the lab have co-authored high-impact publications and successfully moved on to MD and/or PhD programs as well as industry positions. Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Information This is a two-year term position from the date of hire, with the possibility of extension, contingent upon work performance and continued funding to support the position.
