Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States at the start of employment.** Job Summary *This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance* The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Rochester is a Joint Commission accredited hospital with a strong focus and commitment to service, quality, compliance, and great patient outcomes! We are seeking a talented, mission driven, person-centered Hospital Administrator to join our team. As the new Hospital Administrator you will have the opportunity to receive knowledge transfer from the current Administrator who is dedicated to making a successful and smooth transition for the incoming Administrator. The CBHH is a small 16 bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital that provides assessment and stabilization for adults experiencing acute mental health symptoms. The typical length of stay is 30 - 45 days, during which treatment focuses on comprehensive and person centered care and treatment, with the overall goal of preventing future needs for psychiatric hospitalization. As the Hospital Administrator, in partnership with the Clinical Director, you will lead a multi-talented team consisting of medical staff, nurses, social workers, therapists and rehabilitation professionals in the overall operations of the hospital and oversee the provision of cost effective and quality care and treatment to patients who have been civilly committed.
