As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for an e-commerce Strategy Specialist to drive our online presence to new heights.

You will manage a hybrid role that balances remote work with on-site presence in our Middleboro, MA location. You will collaborate closely with IT, marketing communications, internal business units, and third-party service providers to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our website. Your goal? Optimizing web content, UI, and UX to boost engagement, elevate conversions, and drive e-commerce sales.

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for SEO and digital marketing strategies. You will delve into data to uncover insights and craft recommendations that power our online customer acquisition efforts.

Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce, SEO, website design, UX/UI, AI tools, conversion optimization, and digital marketing? If so, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university, with a focus on e-commerce, business, technology, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Two to three (2-3) years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, web development, web design, digital marketing, SEO, or web analytics.
