SALARY:

$60,000 to $74,900+ per year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays (if the clinic is opened and you are scheduled to work on a holiday you will be paid time and a half instead of holiday pay) and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of physician and staff schedules to maintain adequate availability of the clinic.
  • Facilitate and ensure staff physicians are appropriately credentialed, licensed and insured to work in the health center.
  • Lead and supervise front office staff and medical assistants by providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with residency program administrative leadership regarding residents, to include scheduling.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Manage the front office and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and urgent requests or needs to maintain smooth operations.
  • Responsible for patient inquiries, scheduling, and appointment confirmations, ensuringattention to detail.
  • Oversee patient records, billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to the practice.
  • Responsible for inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
  • Receive and patient complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Operations on finances, budget, and expenses, working to improve cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with both the team and patients.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, changes, and performance improvement.
  • Stay current on industry regulations, insurance policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure that the health center complies with all relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Assist RVU administration, faculty and staff in special projects as required including community volunteer and student organizational projects.
