Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing the national launch of e-learning resources, managing end-to-end digital marketing projects such as digital media and email campaigns, from acquiring mailing lists to collateral production. The position entails the creation and execution of communication plans, crafting engaging social media content across various platforms like X, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on health equity content development and ensuring 508 compliance. Furthermore, tasks involve designing and executing newsletters, curating relevant events and conferences, and organizing webinars featuring expert speakers. Other duties include conducting consumer research, gathering performance data, and monitoring web analytics to inform strategy enhancements, managing robust search engine marketing strategies, generating video and multimedia marketing materials, and undertaking additional tasks in support of BCT's objectives as assigned by management. This is a remote position. Skills / Who You Are You will lead the research, development, and implementation of innovative marketing and communication strategies for the Think Cultural Health Program, a BCT Partners’ Health Equity Solutions client. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will design and implement digital marketing initiatives that boost health professionals’ awareness of and engagement with the Think Cultural Health website and its products. You will also design and implement a communication campaign for the Multifactor Authentication process that will impact participants of the e-learning programs. You will work closely with the Office of Minority Health, the project manager, and the project team on these tasks. The Marketing and Communication Specialist must possess an in‐depth knowledge of health equity and marketing for federal clients. You are well-versed in strategic planning, writing engaging content, graphic design, GovDelivery direct email marketing, 508 compliance, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Optimization. You can produce results in a fast‐paced, performance‐based environment, prioritize and execute tasks, work effectively individually and as a team member, and think contextually and creatively.
