What You Will Do:

The Corporate Campaign Manager and Content Writer will be responsible for spearheading corporate campaigns and creating compelling content to enhance RLDatix’s visibility and engagement. They will develop and execute strategic campaigns, create compelling content across various channels, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement. The Corporate Campaign Manager and Content Writer will manage and execute building a portfolio of collateral from scratch, further enhancing and amplifying the message and value of RLDatix.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate campaigns aligned with enterprise level brand objectives and messaging, leveraging insights from market research, industry trends and competitive analysis.

  • Plan and coordinate campaign timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign OKRs.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maximize impact.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for diverse channels including social media, website, webinars, podcasts, etc.

  • Create digital and print materials for a corporate brand kit that includes items like corporate decks for various personas, one-pagers, white papers, brochures, annual periodicals, etc.

  • Develop content calendars and production schedules to maintain a consistent flow of content.

  • Collaborate with designers, and other team members to produce multimedia content that resonates with healthcare executives.

Creative Direction of Corporate Materials:

  • Provide creative direction and guidance for the development of corporate materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Collaborate with internal design teams or external agencies to conceptualize and execute creative assets, including graphics, videos and other multimedia content.

  • Review and approve final creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

  • Stay abreast of design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the visual identity and aesthetic appeal of corporate materials.

Brand and Media Agency Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external brand and media agencies.

  • Review and edit all content from the media agency.

  • Clearly communicate campaign objectives, expectations, and feedback to agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.

  • Collaborate with agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage a mix of owned, earned, and paid media channels to maximize reach and impact.

  • Monitor agency performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization of campaign strategies and tactics.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including c-suite executives, marketing, sales, and product teams, to align campaign objectives with business goals.

  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies and influencers to amplify campaign reach and impact.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for campaign initiatives both internally and externally.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

Education:

  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in communication, journalism, public health, health communication or a related field a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of work experience in campaign management and content creation

  • Demonstrated success in campaign management, content creation, and strategic planning.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media management tools and analytics software.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in corporate communications, public relations, an agency environment or related fields is a plus.
