In line with our mission, we are looking to hire a Sales Enablement Specialist in our Carmel, Indiana office to join our dynamic sales team.

What You Will Do:

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for the execution of strategies to support the sales team and help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage sales tools and program recommendations tailored to enhance sales performance and revenue renewal.

· Maintain an organized system for sales support content, ensuring it is always accessible to the sales team.

· Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify and address unmet content needs for sales, including case studies and testimonials.

· Serve as a pivotal liaison between sales and operations to maintain clarity and consistency in processes and communications.

· Participate in the proposal development process, contributing to effective renewal strategies.

· Address on-demand content and support inquiries from the sales team efficiently.

· Oversee the sales enablement content repository, guaranteeing that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible when needed.

· Regularly solicit and integrate feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and improve support programs.

· Offer robust operational, logistical, and organizational support to the sales enablement functions.

· Report progress and updates regularly to sales enablement leadership and coordinate resources and project teams effectively.

· Manage customer experience initiatives to ensure brand integrity and foster lasting relationships with sales and customers.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or program development, with a focus on sales support, field marketing, or event organization.

· Proven ability in strategic planning

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Willingness to take initiative and work closely with sales teams to develop and implement profitable programs.

· An understanding of B2B software sales, marketing, and sales best practices.

· Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to set, pursue, and achieve results within set timelines.

· Commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality projects with meticulous attention to detail.

· Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

· Flexibility in managing multiple projects and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· An inquisitive mindset with a strong commitment to fostering outstanding internal and external customer experiences.
