Job Summary

The Programmatic Ad Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Life Sciences Commercial (LSC) team and will work closely with internal stakeholders (including Ad Ops, Sales, Business Intelligence, Legal and Finance) as well as external stakeholders (including clients, Demand-Side Platform partners, technology partners, and ad agencies).The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully balance/prioritize workload, all while executing and communicating in an efficient and professional manner. The candidate must be a quick learner of proprietary tools and technologies, while providing outstanding customer service to our key strategic partners and sales team counterparts.

What you will contribute:

  • Working closely with our Demand-Side Platform partners by monitoring campaigns and performance
  • Diligent campaign/creative reviewing, QA, documenting and archiving of all live media
  • Assisting with internal and external campaign audits
  • Drafting and scoping potential deal terms and proposals
  • Working to grow revenue by fulfilling client deliverables and providing technical troubleshooting support, analyzing deal strengths/weaknesses, insights and optimizations across PMPs, preferred programmatic guaranteed deals, analyzing performance data to highlight key trends, etc.
  • Collaborating with Sellers & Account Managers to pioneer strategic plans and optimizations to meet identified KPIs for high priority campaigns
  • Collaborating with our partners on both the buy side and technology side
  • Assisting Ad Ops team with pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries pertaining to the delivery of some direct-sold pharmaceutical sponsored advertising programs on the Practice Fusion and Veradigm ePrescribe EHR platforms
  • Assisting with executing campaign launches, reporting needs, monitoring/tracking campaign pacing, reporting discrepancies and campaign optimizations
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to campaign assets/tags/pixels for both clients and internal teams
  • Managing pipelines for active and potential campaigns in Salesforce
  • Assisting with advertiser preparation and publisher-side launch responsibilities in addition to helping provide relevant data to support the preparation of proposals
  • Assisting in managing the creative approval process and communicating & rendering creative revisions pre- and post-launch, including screenshot mockups
  • Working directly with the Finance team on monthly billing, reporting, reconciling and subsequent invoice revisions or adjustments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience (Required
  • At least two to three years of prior digital advertising operations experience with a focus on Programmatic
  • Healthcare industry, pharmaceutical products and/or EHR familiarity is a plus
  • Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem (including Ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of header bidding and auction system technologies, multiple ad serving technologies and reporting systems including: DoubleClick for Publishers/Google Ad Manager, Google AdX, Salesforce, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Staq
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and SQL (SQL a plus, but not required) and intermediate knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
  • Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly motivated team player
