Job Description

Motion Industries Engineers provide the highest levels of knowledge and skills to design and test systems that will enhance our ability to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities

• Create CAD prints
• Specify inspection requirements
• Review and disposition inspection reports
• Write technical summaries
• Establish engineering principles
• Oversee sound engineering practices in service centers
• All duties related to engineering including be not limited to design, evaluation and programming
• Ensure customer service requirements are met

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer experience
• Computer Design and CAD, 3D CAD, AutoCAD, AND Inventor experience helpful
• Hydraulic systems design and quoting experience a plus
• Hydraulic power unit fabrication and testing experience helpful
• Pneumatic system design experience a plus
• Industrial electronic control systems design and quoting experience helpful
• Conveyor system design and quoting experience a plus
• Mechanical power transmission design helpful
• Technically minded and detailed oriented
• At least 5 years drafting and quality assurance experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical parts/components
• Bachelor's degree preferred
